Large open-plan living with chefs kitchen, 8 seater dining, flowing to covered pergola with BBQ overlooking grassy private backyard.

Guests tell us they love chilling out on our funky 'Zen' chair!

This home has 2 comfy spacious lounge rooms and 4 bedrooms, main with ensuite and can sleep 8 in total.

Fully fenced and pet-friendly too!

Garage has remote door and internal entry to house.

Kidman place. Overall excellent for what we needed as a family with kids and an elderly member.
Great spacious home. Easily accessible, private property in a lovely quiet area. The bbq wasn't the cleanest (a reminder to future guests it is your responsibility to read the guest book and leave the property as requested). In saying that there were other parts of the house that were unclean on our arrival (bathroom floors, frequently touched services eg cupboard/door handles). Wasn't a major or any trouble for me to do a quick spray and wipe, and certainly doesn't change my high rating and recommendation of Kidman Place to other travellers.

Exceptional Stay at Kidman Place - Highly Recommended!
Our stay at Kidman Place was very comfortable. We are locals and stayed at this lovely property while our home nearby was being renovated. Being able to stay close to the kids school and shops/cafes we are familiar with was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and Stephen was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The property was immaculately clean and exactly as described in the listing. The house is beautifully presented and spacious, providing all the comforts of home. The double garage was also a big plus for us as we had our two cars with us. The home was also great for our cat, with secure areas and ample space. The little touches, like the well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Kidman Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home away from home.

Very well appointed, everything was as advertised, seperate living areas so the oldies can have a space to themselves whilst we had the theatre room. Very convenient location for all the shops. A fabulous family home
What a great place. It’s huge but not overwhelming, the layout has been really well considered. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great area. And the bed is soo comfortable. If the house was available, we definitely would have stayed longer.

Spacious and practical
Stephen’s place is spacious and comfortable. I really liked using the gas stove, modern washing machine and strong pressured shower. There’s heaps of toys so my son was amused and my baby was provided a bath and cot. There’s also a high chair, dog bed and dog bowls to use. The shops are really close and there’s a great dog park and playground a short drive away. Stephen was very accommodating and delivered a microwave immediately when the other wasn’t working, as well as a new gas bottle. The only minor things were perhaps some more cleaning products if you’re staying longer, e.g to mop, clean stove and the vacuum was a little weak to get the dog hair on the carpet. Sorry if we left any behind! Thanks for letting us stay longer as well.

Wonderful Winter Wedding
We had a family wedding to attend and we needed a home big enough for our family of 7. This property delivered! Clean, spacious and well appointed with ease of check in. Located close to a shopping centre and early morning coffee was a bonus. Our host, Stephen, was very helpful. Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. So much thought has gone into the comfort of their guests. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for the whole extended family. We stayed with 4 adults & 4 children & there was room for us all. The little extras (such as the kids toys) were greatly appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Close to the shops. Not far to the city. Nice & quiet even though it wasn't far to the main road. 10/10
