This 3 bedroom, 2 Fully renovated bathrooms, pet friendly, comfortable getaway is perfect for couples or small families looking to take advantage of convenient riverside living, without the extravagant price tag.

This property has 1 queen size bed for the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom while the 3rd bedroom has a single bed. We can organise a rollaways or blow up, please let us know ahead of time.

**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

No- SMOKING PLEASE : This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500.00 Additional "Smoke Damage" Cleaning Fee to remove smoke odours from the house.

Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000.


"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Starting august 16 2023, A $35 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation

Great location!
Needs a good deep clean, toilets smell, outside was dirty, flies in window seals, cob webs on the windows, outside was dusty & dirty, paint peeling on ceiling, ran out of coffee on the 1st night, Great location though.

Beautiful and spacious townhouse
The property is fantastic. We had a really smooth arrival and easy stay. The location is quiet yet close to a great neighbourhood. The property management company was largely responsive, but they have a terrible system for revalidating the full deposit amount every 5 days. Given we were staying for a month, this meant that every 5 days, there was an overlap before the first amount became available again. That meant, even though our card was never charged, it had the effect of double the deposit amount being inaccessible from our bank account for that overlapping time, while we waited for the first amount to be released. After some back and forth, we provided a different card to use for this purpose, rather than our everyday account, but this one was never used and the hold placed on our original card kept renewing. Apart from the inconvenience of this, the house was well-equipped, well-maintained and the team were mostly very helpful.

Very enjoyable stay
The property was as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and clean, well set out and a pleasure to stay there. Compact but plenty of room. Kitchen well stocked with utensils etc. Lovely little back courtyard A bonus to have two bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Being able to park our cars in a locked garage was appreciated..
