The unit was very clean although lacked plates in the cupboard and could have done with a microwave. Also be aware that there is no lift to the upper floors if you are travelling with heavy bags. Otherwise is was sufficient for my purposes

We asked for a ground floor room as couldnt go upstairs gave us a second floor room with lift access but lift was broken. The place is old and dated and needs a revamp, there was a funny smell when we walked in. Shower head was very low and went hot and cold. Beds were comfy.
