"I felt at home. Very spacious apartments, clean and modern. I liked the wooden floors and tiled bathroom. Everything you need is there in the apartment, even a small kitchenette. We had a lake view room and views were amazing. Very warm welcome from the reception and smiley faces. Straight into stresa streets so we didn’t have to drive. "Had a good two week holiday - explored the surrounding area but also had a very relaxing time in the camping village. Benefited from some facilities (e.g. takeaway) that the camping village offers. Staff in the camping village are helpful, pleasant, with good command of English. A large supermarket within 100 meters from the entrance gate is also a huge bonus for self catering holiday. "The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "
