"This is a fantastic property. It is large and well equipped. It was very clean when we arrived. The property manager was laid back and we had no need to contact him. It was a little challenging on my very dated schoolboy French. Great views but a few minutes from Paimpol which had everything needed."

Studio en RDC avec fenêtre sur un rond point très passant (important de savoir avant de réserver). Difficile de joindre le propriétaire, nous n'avons pas eu d'internet toute la semaine. Situé dans le vieux St Brieuc avec snack, restau et commerces à 3 minutes à pieds."

"House was clean and in a lovely quiet area. However, we would highly recommend owners updated their beds which were very uncomfortable. Also, as a courtesy, perhaps basic toiletries, I.e. Toilet rolls, liquid soap and washing powder be made available. We travelled from Australia & for obvious reasons did not pack linen (for bed) nor towels which generally are standard. We would not recommend this property. Also, contract was sent in French and could not be translated. A simple agree/disagree...
