"Front desk was incredibly gracious and accommodating. Arrived after a red eye flight well before check in. Front desk put in genuine effort to get me into a room as quickly as possible and made efforts to make me as comfortable as possible while waiting. Their efforts and friendly nature were noted and greatly appreciated. "

"Property and room was beautiful but missing some key things that would make it convenient. For example, a valet, I had to park and take 2 separate elevators to get to my room with all my luggage! There was also no fridge in the room. For a 4 star hotel, I really didn’t think that it would be missing something so simple. Finally and not to sound nit picky, but I would also have preferred a full length mirror. Getting dressed and not knowing what I look like was annoying…I’m sure this is a complaint a lot of other women would have too because my friend in the room with me shared the same frustration. There was a half a mirror in a corner where u had to move furniture and turn sideways to use it. Which I’m sure wasn’t their intention. Otherwise, my stay was amazing!"

"My wife and I enjoyed the complementary coffee and pastries provided in the bakery and the 24 hour variety coffee machine in the Chamberlain house. Everyone we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Our two rooms/facilities were wonderful-clean and well appointed. Please keep the same rates, people will always return."
