"We were a group of 8 (4 adults, 4 teens) who enjoyed March Break at this property. The house was well equipped with all the comforts of home. Lots of room for everyone to gather as a group or find a quiet space on their own. We all enjoyed the hot tub after long days of sightseeing.Hosts were great to answer questions leading up to our arrival, and when we had a couple of questions while we were there, they were quick to respond. However, there were some areas in need of improvement: - the backyard appeared unkept and somewhat cluttered (recreational equipment, leftover materials from interior/exterior renovations) - watercraft appeared uncared for, as did other equipment on property (i.e. mower, deck, patio furniture, trampoline) - cleaners had left shortly before we arrived. "The check-in was beyond easy, and everything about the place was more than we expected. The little things, like extra blankets and kitchen necessities, were great! Communication with the owner was incredibly fast and professional. The location was great for what we needed to get to, and there were many amenities nearby for food options too. "

It even had little toiletry bags made up for the guests which I though was really cute and thoughtful. Roxanne was very responsive, accomodating and respectful and instructions were clear.
