"Very helpful, welcoming staff. We were able to check in early. Catered for our needs when we asked for a fridge for the room. Lots options for eating within 10-15min walk. Only slight downside was the size of the bathroom which we felt was on the smaller side, but this is minor."

Brighton is not a quiet medieval town like Canterbury, Winchester or Chichester. Very fast paced with impatient drivers and loud college kids, smoking and drinking. I wouldn't say I felt 'unsafe' at night, but common sense and care should be taken.
