Beautiful Home/Relaxing
Beautiful home shared with the host and partner. Shared bathroom, with other guests, but very beautiful. Easy walking distance to bus stops. Great self-servce breakfast with toast, jam, coffee, tea, cereal, milks (all types) cheeses, and crackers.

Modern and Clean Guesthouse
Despite no ensuite, this did not impact on our stay due to the few people we needed to share with. Bathroom and bedroom impeccably clean and lovely breakfast in the morning. Host Babs was caring and welcoming.

Week end à Brighton
Une escale à Brighton après un séjour londonien. Accueil parfait de Babs. On se sent à l'aise. Tout est à disposition pour le petit déjeuner et les espaces communs sont très agréables. Nous avons beaucoup marché! Je conseillerai le ticket de bus à la journée (5£ par adulte) qui permet de faire plusieurs trajets. Très bonne expérience. Merci!

The best B&B in Brighton
We couldn’t speak highly enough about Babs! She went above and beyond for us! Making us feel comfortable and relaxed on our trip. She gave us some recommendations on things to do in Brighton which we loved. We’d definitely come back to stay here! xx

I had a one night stay for an event.
I found this room online after frantically trying to find a place for one night for around 5/6 days. The lovely lady (Babs) replied very promptly to my request and offered me the room. I was so pleased and looked forward to it. On arrival Babs was very welcoming and showed me around. The house was very clean and beautiful and I really enjoyed the stay. I would happily book here again and also recommend to others. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Tim Nash.

Holiday in Brighton
Wonderful host, beautiful home, was made to feel at home from the minute we arrived. A fair walk to the beach for us, but such wonderful architecture to see on the way. We would definitely recommend Bab's home to anyone. We would definitely stay again. Cranston the cat was an added bonus. Well done Babs. Xxx

Very comfortable accommodation
The house itself was very beautiful and I found no trouble in feeling comfortable. The house was close to a bus into town and had a convenient shop nearby. The cuddly cat was a bonus 👍

Warm & welcome with good access into the centre of town
I had a lovely time staying at Bab's house. I visited towards the end of September. My room was comfortable, clean and tidy with an enormous telly and very nice tea & coffee making facilities included. The bathroom (which I shared) was modern, spacious and stylish with a colour changing mirror, and I was told, speakers that could link up to my phone to play my music in there, if I wanted. Babs couldn't have been more hospitable. She had a very nice range of continental breakfast options ready to eat in the morning and even offered to cook me extras if I wanted them. Occasionally I would sit in the back garden, which although Babs has said will be due to be have work done to it, was very adequate and comfortable to sit in. The weekend I visited was very warm with a strong sun, so the garden was nice to sit in for some of that time. I definitely recommend Babs and her home to potential guests and will definitely come and stay at hers again in future.
