The path leads up the lawned garden to a raised patio with outdoor seating – perfect for dining al fresco whilst soaking up the beautiful view and sea air. The open plan living, dining, kitchen has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay from a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer to a very comfortable living area with Smart TV. Upstairs there are two bedrooms one with a double bed, sea views and a Smart TV. The other bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed. Also on the first floor is a beautiful modern bathroom with rainfall shower over the bath.

Take a stroll along the boardwalk and watch the boats as they come and go, dining out at one of the many family-friendly restaurants, enjoy a game of bowling, catch the latest movie at the cinema, visit the casino and even experience the 160-ft bungee jump. For fishing and boating enthusiasts there are several boat trips.
Whether on foot or bicycle there is lots to explore in Brighton from the North Laine with over 400 independent shops, cafés and entertainment venues.
