CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN
This property has a fantastic kitchen complete with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave and family sized fridge/freezer. All crockery and cutlery are provided so you can cook for everyone with ease.
DINING & LOUNGE
The open plan dining and lounge room is the perfect place for everyone to come together with direct access to the rear garden via the sliding doors. Comfortable couches and a flat screen TV and DVD player provide a spacious area to relax and unwind after a day enjoying all the nearby activities. Make the most of the opportunity to reconnect with family and friends as WIFI is not available at this property and mobile phone reception is intermittent.

HEATING & COOLING
Both upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans providing comfort for the warmer nights with the king room having a split system. The lounge also has a reverse cycle air-conditioner heating/cooling the open plan area.

Downstairs - Shower over bath and separate toilet.

Laundry - There is an additional toilet in the downstairs laundry
OUTDOORS
The securely fenced rear yard complete with BBQ is a safe environment for your pet to enjoy whilst you are entertaining outside. There is a clothesline and plenty of off-street parking for up to three cars. With the Rail Trail at your door step you can bring your bikes and ride into town in under 10 minutes or head to Porepunkah for a change of scenery.
PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. To ensure that Bright Holidays is able to continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you pick up after your pets.
LAUNDRY
The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer along with iron and ironing board. There is a toilet in the laundry for guests convenience.
PARKING
There is ample parking for 3 cars on a level surface.
