Maple House is a fantastic holiday property for a large family, a couple of families or a group of friends. Take advantage of the games room or enjoy a BBQ out on the back deck whilst listening to the sounds of the running creek.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All linen including bedding and towels is included.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen/dining is a spacious open plan area. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooking, breakfast bar and stools. The generous dining table seats 10 allowing everyone to gather together for meals.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The generous leather lounge suite surrounds the TV and DVD player. The well stocked bookcase has games and books for guests to enjoy. Off the lounge room you will find an entertainment room, perfect for kids both young and old. An additional TV and DVD player, bean bags and board games will entertain for hours.

HEATING & COOLING
There is a cosy wood fire in the lounge in addition to a large split system air-conditioner will keep you cool during summer and warm during winter. Each bedroom has its own split system for your added comfort. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
BATHROOMS
Maple House features 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom upstairs has a shower over a bath, vanity and toilet. There are 2 ensuites, each with a shower, vanity and toilet. There is a separate toilet downstairs off the laundry.
OUTDOORS
Enjoy the outdoors from your generous timber deck equipped with a good sized gas BBQ and outdoor setting. There is plenty of space for the kids to kick a ball, play cricket and run around. Please note that the backyard is large and open to the creek and is not fenced.
PET POLICY
Maple House has a strict NO PET policy.
LAUNDRY
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board with direct access to the backyard and clothesline.
PARKING
Maple House is complete with a double carport, secure bike storage with bike hanging hooks or a great place to store your ski gear.
