Breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy taking to the area by foot, stepping out of the driveway to your left will take you up through the hills to Brights famous Apex Lookout with stunning views across the valley.
Turning right out of the driveway will take you on a downhill walk in to Brights town centre, crossing the Ovens River and through the towns popular Centenary Park.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite including luxury spa bath.

All bedrooms feature large built in wardrobes and electric blankets, plus extra blankets for the cooler months.
There are luggage stands in each bedroom for your convenience.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Sit back and relax in the large living area, looking out to the country-style garden. Curl up on the comfortable couches and read your favourite book. NOTE: The open fireplace is not operational.

KITCHEN & DINING
The large light filled kitchen is well equipped with breakfast bar, large oven, cook top, and dishwasher, which will make entertaining a breeze, walk through the kitchen into the dining room with a Coonara wood heater and seating for six.

BATHROOMS
An ensuite off the master bedroom as stated above. The main bathroom has a large bath, shower and vanity, with separate toilet and powder room.

LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities include both washer & dryer and a clothes airer.

HEATING & COOLING
A ducted heating & cooling system in the main areas of the house with a heat transfer system, a Coonara wood heater in the kitchen/dining area (NOTE: The open fireplace is not operational). Please note: firewood is not provided at this property. Firewood, kindling and fire lighters can be purchased at both the local supermarkets and service stations.

OUTDOORS
A BBQ and outdoor table setting is located in the backyard, enjoy alfresco dining amongst the well-manicured gardens.

Cousins get together
We travel together every year and the 5 of us love a bedroom each. This house had spacious bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The setting was great and ample car parking too. Clean and tidy. Would stay here again

Great property for group
We were a group of 10 adults and found the property very clean, with everything we required. The property has good outdoor areas and plenty of car parking space. It’s located in a quiet street. We liked how we had use of the double garage to store our motorbikes. It is also a short walk to the town which was good for us as we were on bikes. Will book again when l go to Bright.

Very cosy and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house 🏠 😀 it cozy and comfortable. Good things is they even extend our stay up to 1pm. Thank you very much for this as we don't have to rush. For sure we will go back again and book this house again. Until next year summer time.*

Swallows Rest
The property was everything as advertised, beautiful and very clean inside. Outside along the verandah and windows were lots of spiders and webs which I cleaned away but the property and surrounding properties were beautiful. Highly recommend this property to everyone.
