Newly Renovated Family home and Close to Town

This home has recently had a whole new makeover and with lots of natural light and polished floorboards, makes it an easy property to kick back and relax in. A fully enclosed backyard for small children and also a lockable storage shed to keep the bikes or ski gear secure as well. Bi fold doors open up from the kitchen dining area out into the backyard making BBQ’s out the back an easy dining in option.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN/DINING
Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and a coffee pod machine. Dining seating for 6 makes perfect for lazy Sunday morning breakfasts. Plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen for staying in if you don’t want to head out to our many restaurants.

LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Enough space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring Bright & surrounds. Wifi is included at this property and a Smart TV, some boardgames and books supplied.

Reverse cycle air conditioning in the loungeroom and also a heating and cooling transfer system into bedrooms.

This was a lovely home , well renovated with modern features.
We really enjoyed staying at this house. The only improvement would be better heating and drying facilities for skiers eg a drying cupboard/ old fashioned hot water cupboard. Everything else was great and would recommend this property.

Amazing stay in Bright
The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It seemed to have been newly renovated. It was very clean & spacious. Everything you may have needed was thought of & provided for. We were all very impressed with this house & will definitely book again. It was in walking distance to everything in town, so no need to use your vehicle.
