CANCELLATION POLICY - STRICT POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 28 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 28 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN
This newly renovated modern, country style kitchen is huge with plenty of space for meal preparation, cooking and clean up. It features a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas cooktop, a large stainless steel fridge/freezer and a coffee percolator.
LOUNGE
The main lounge room seats 7 guests with a three seater and two x two seater lounges positioned to create the perfect entertaining space around the corner fireplace. A sitting room / study receives nice natural sunlight and is set up with two armchairs, a selection of reading material and enjoys a view through the window of the swimming pool outside.
DINING
The dining room adjoins the spacious kitchen and has a dining table with seating for 8 and lounge. A second dining table in the kitchen has seating for 4.
HEATING & COOLING
Ceiling fans in the king and queen bedrooms. A split system in the bunk room and a split system in the dining room and main lounge room. A slow combustion woodfire in the main lounge room add ambience and warmth during the cooler months of the year. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
COMMUNICATIONS
Bright River Rest has WIFI available. Due to its location, mobile service can be intermittent.
BATHROOMS
Renovated bathroom with spacious shower and separate toilet.
OUTDOORS
Featuring an in-ground pool and gas BBQ, set on a large sprawling lawn with a natural bush back drop, many memories will be created in this awesome regional retreat. Bright River Rest also has direct access to the "Rail Trail" and to the Ovens River. A bicycle shed is available for guests ensuring ease of storing your bike during your stay.
