Hampton Cottage
Experience a charming country atmosphere at the tranquil Hampton Cottage. Close to the centre of Bright, Pioneer Park and the river. This budget family retreat has plenty of space to relax, unwind and recharge those batteries. Pets are welcome but please note that the property is not fenced. Hampton Cottage is ideal for a small family or a couple looking for a relaxing escape in Bright.

CANCELLATION POLICY - FLEXIBLE
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 7 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps 6-8 guests)
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Rumpus Room - 2 x King Single beds. There are also 2 x king single trundles under these two beds. If you wish to use them linen and blankets/pillows are provided on site and you will need to make the beds up.
*All linen and towels provided.
KITCHEN & DINING
You will find electric cooking, a refrigerator, a microwave and kitchen cupboards well-stocked with cutlery, crockery and cookware. The dining table seats 6-8.
There is no need to pack the gadget charger, just bring your cable, plug it in to the USB power point located in the kitchen and charge your phone, iPad or camera.
LOUNGE
With plenty of seating and a smart TV you will be more than comfortable in the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. WIFI is available.
HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the lounge area keeps the cottage cool in Summer and warm in Winter.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, vanity, electric column heater & clothes airer. The toilet is separate.
OUTDOORS
A quiet location with a large leafy front and backyard and within walking distance to Pioneer Park and the river. The cottage features a generous back deck with 6 burner gas BBQ and outdoor dining set. A firepit in the front yard is a great place to gather and toast marshmallows. You can access Morses Creek and the surrounding bike paths from the rear of the property.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome but please note that the property is not fenced.
To ensure that Bright Holidays can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, please pick up after your pets.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron.

Off-street parking and a carport complete this holiday property.
