"This property is exactly as described. We have used it more than once now and everytime it’s very clean and well kept. It’s also very warm and cosy. Our most recent stay was very wet and windy and we were glad of the coziness. We would recommend again and again. The owner is quick to respond to questions and the process is very simple. "Lovely apartment but needed a thorough clean. Walking bearfooted floors felt gritty and a little sticky. Wooden cabinets in kitchen and living area full of greasy fingerprints. Duvet had about a two inch bloody looking stain on it, brought it to their attention, it was returned later in the day in same condition. Sorry to complain but it really spoilt what was otherwise a lovely stay. Nice staff."

"We chose the Lakeside Retreat after staying in a similar property and we were amazed at how lovely it is. The style and layout of the place suits our needs and the view of the lake is lovely.
