"For a budget hotel option, this property was perfect. The room design was excellent, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay! I was visiting my daughter at CSU during a busy weekend, so I opted to stay here just down the road about 20 minutes to save some $$, and it worked out great."

"Overall a nice property - convenient to SO much food & shopping...all w/in walking distance. The odor in the air is something to get used to (manure/farmland). This trip was for work, so we arrived at 1:30pm. It was a $30 early check-in fee...odd. Never experienced that when rooms are available (which there were per the attendant). No biggie, we left & came back at 3pm (which now had a large line of people/families waiting to check-in). Also, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low,...

"The stay was better than l thought. I never heard of it before so l was sceptical and l have allergies so l had concerns about it being pet friendly. However, we really enjoyed ourselves and it was actually quiet. I saw reviews about the train but it didn't run at all during our trip. "
