The kitchen screams "Use Me" fully equipped with all your culinary needs. A wonderful time was had by all! The owner was attentive checking to see if we had any needs or concerns. "First arriving to propertyI had received a text 2 hrs before stating the cleaners were running so my check in might be delayed. I texted and called property owner but never got a response till an hr later. I had to call vrbo to get check in code. Afterwards enetering the place it was just as seen on site. It was clean, just enough space and excellent location near restaurants, gas station Wawa and CVS. I would definitely come back to this property during the summer time. It a 1 minute to beach....

"Unit is as shown. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need during beach season in the garage. Quiet neighborhood. Clean unit but could use a deep clean to get splatters of the walls in spots. Only con was listening to every word the people in the other unit were saying while on the balcony and the music from inside when their slider was left open. But expected when renting a duplex."

"Annual seven couple get away (year 32). Really liked that each bedroom was spacious and had it's own bathroom. Remainder of the living spaces were very nice. As our trip was in the winter, we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. This is a great property for a larger group."
