"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"Wonderful property. The building is over 200 years old but completely remodeled with all the modern amenities you would need. We traveled with my family (2 adults + 2 kids) and my parents. The location was easily accessible to transportation and walkable to the main city park. Very clean and well stocked which is always appreciated. The one downside was the hot tub was broken but that is no one’s fault and we still enjoyed the sauna. The owners were especially kind. Would stay here again if ever...

"A really lovely apartment. It was clean and everything needed was provided. The host quickly got back to our messages and helped us out. We enjoyed our ski trip, just a 10-15min ride by car to the resort and also our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn't miss any utensils."

"The house was spotless, very roomy, modern, well equipped. The linens were high quality. The bed was comfier than my bed at home. Excellent location - 5 min from train station and co-op. Co-op has a great selection of premade foods, produce, beer, wine & a great cafeteria. Host was very responsive. Did not rent a car and so glad we didn’t. We will be back soon."

"This apartment is in an excellent location if you like to be just off the main street of activity. Rivers and mountains all around. Para gliders overhead. "This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."
