"Very luxurious stay. Incredible room - beautiful finishings and a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The setting is lovely with a vineyard on site with a terrace. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant in Bages was a 5 minute walk and was lovely also although unless you have a car (or arrange a taxi which can be quite expensive we foune) there are not so many options around other than that but the hotel itself is nice enough to want to stay! While the hotel is a short 15-minute walk from the train station, we arrived late at night and were advised to advance book a taxi to ensure we had transportation to the hotel. On arrival access was problematic and achieved only with the help of another visitor. "I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "Great hotel located bang slap in the middle of town. Good parking on site (€14). Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel clean and comfortable. V good breakfast. Meal in the restaurant Bistro Bardy was ok. (Many thanks to the staff for retrieving our passports which we later discovered we had left in the hotel safe!) "
