Excellent.NoteThe step down into the laundry needs a visual line, some warning that there is a step down, perhaps a sturdy dark rubber backed mat at the bottom of the step so it is seen that there is a change in level. Two of our friends tripped down that step and one person injured her toe."

"The property was in a great location as it is close to the beach and also the shops. The downside was the cleanliness of the property which was quite poor. I ended up going and buying cleaning goods to go over everything before i used the bathrooms and kitchen.Some of the kitchen equipment had been put away dirty, so i needed to wash it before i could use it. Bathroom ensuite was mouldy. The bedding on both beds were insufficient. There were no doona covers, just a sheet on top and underneath.The railing was missing going down the steps from the outdoor deck which was dangerous."
