The balcony and gazebo are perfect spots for relaxing and enjoying the outside space. Just minutes from Moose Pond and Pleasant Mountain this location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Visit downtown Bridgton and North Conway where you can enjoy outdoor activities, shopping and eateries. Ten minutes to Fryeburg Academy.

The open concept layout of this unique home is perfect for your family gatherings. The main floor has a spacious, sunny and fully functional kitchen with a large eat at island. The living/dining area provides a spectacular view of the White Mountains. The large sectional and pellet stove provide a relaxing cozy space. The lower level offers a family room, two bedrooms and a full bath. The 2nd level offers a loft area and another bedroom. The spiral staircase leads to a 4th bedroom/office space with a balcony.
