Charming Cottage on the North River

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this charming 3-bedroom cottage in Bridgewater, right on the river. Pet friendly, please add ypur pet to the guest list. There is a $25 fee per stay. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating, guests can relax and unwind in this inviting space. Enjoy all that Bridgewater has to offer when you stay at our place.
Steps away from Wildwood park, shops and restaurants. Just minutes from Bridgewater college and 10-15 minutes from JMU. 21 miles from Massanutten resort. This cottage is a great spot to unwind with the whole family. Lots of outdoor space and a fire pit. Fishing, bike riding, beautiful parks. Well stocked kitchen. Bathroom essentials.
The downstairs apartment has a full time tenant. There is no washer and dryer at this location but I do provide a laundry service for a small fee.

Great place to stay!
This cottage was the perfect place for us! It's in a very quiet neighborhood near a park that has a trail by the river and plenty of picnic tables. There is a grocery store nearby, good restaurants and just about anything else you would need. The house was spotless and we arrived to find snacks, and milk, eggs and butter already in the fridge. We highly recommend!

Lovely home on the river
Lovely home on the river. The outdoor porch is a wonderful place for early morning coffee or an evening dinner. Two small parks are within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet. You do not have to go up any stairs to enter the property or while you are on the property. The fire pit looked amazing, but we did not light a fire due to the current drought conditions and high winds. Close to many attractions in the valley and minutes from Harrisonburg and JMU and EMU.
