The Space:
Please note: This home is completely separate and private from the four studio suites attached (see aerial shots for physical layout). It has its own private entrance as well. The only communal areas are the parking lot and backyard. Built in 1840 and originally known as The Furman House, this historic home is best known for lending accommodations to Joseph M. McInerny, President Calvin Coolidge's official chauffeur, the night he was inaugurated as America's 30th President (August 2nd, 1923).

Guest Access:
You'll have a code to the main house which is the first door you see on the porch after you've parked on the left hand side of the driveway. You'll have access to the entire house, including both porches, the communal fire pit and riverfront land across the street except for the 4 attached studio units behind and to the right of the house.
Please respect our other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are using the backyard fire pit.
The Neighborhood:
Right on Rt 4 in Bridgewater, VT, you will be nearby to local favorites Ramunto's and Long Trail Brewery and neighbor to fellow inn owners and residents. Please respect our other guests and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard fire pit.
Getting Around:
Right on US Rt 4 with easy access to Killington, Woodstock and Okemo. Corner Store is 1.3 miles away for gas and any convenient needs.

FYI, booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program.
We use a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the property. We do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe.
Quiet hours begin at 9PM, no exceptions. This home has 5 units and is located between our lovely neighbors so please be respectful by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. If you are on the covered porch or in the yard after 9pm please keep your voices down and music off. Any disturbances to our neighbors will result in immediate check-out.
