Service was appalling. Don’t stay here - false advertising. No BMW transportation, no hot tub, fire didn’t work. Staff was no where to be found and when I did find them, they felt inconvenienced at any request.

Room number 2 very nice , with the exception of being located over the dining room . We all have degrees of tolerance , but the music volume too high till 10;30 , which in turn raises the level of customers having to scream at each other to hear . Restaurants continually get this so so wrong
