Nice T2 apartment of 40 m2 classified 2 stars located in the city center, comprising an entrance, a bedroom, a kitchen area, a main room with balcony, a pantry, an Italian shower room with separate WC located in a chalet on the level -1.
It is 200 m from the Olympe gondola which links the village to the three valleys and 150 m from the spa.
In winter, a free shuttle takes skiers to this gondola.
It has a sheltered terrace of 7 m2 with breathtaking views of the park of Brides les Bains and the mountain.
This apartment is designed to accommodate four people and has an equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, raclette set, fondue set, coffee maker, d '' a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner with a 82 cm full hd flat screen TV with TNT reception.
Brides les Bains is a low cost resort in the three valleys which rises to 600 m.
Summer periods are popular with spa guests (3 weeks), or for rentals (1 week minimum).
From 2013 for spa guests the option of the return shuttle from Brides to Salins les Thermes is 5 euros for the three weeks.
The tourist tax is collected in addition. It amounts to 0.82 euros per day and not 18 and over.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix et très bon logement! Après déjà 3 locations sur ces 5 dernières années, on se rend compte que l'appartement est en très bon état, bien équipé et que le propriétaire n'hésite pas a ré-investir dans son bien de manière a le rendre toujours aussi agréable! Appartement recommandé pour tous vos séjours (cures/sports d'hiver/vacances d'été à la montagne...)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Michel. Les personnes faisant l'accueil et le départ sont très sympathiques et serviables. L'appartement est spacieux avec pas mal de rangements et porte-manteaux en nombre, y compris dans le couloir desservant chambres et sanitaires, bien utile pour des skieurs. La vue sur le parc des Thermes côté chambre est très belle. Location bien équipée, on a bien aimé le coin douche assez original.L'appartement est idéalement situé près des commerces, des Thermes et non loin du télécabine allant vers Méribel. Un très bon plan.

Séjour de ski en janvier 2019
C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cette appartement. Le propriétaire est toujours aux petits soins envers ses vacanciers. Situé idéalement, il est proche de la cabine Olympe qui mène à Méribel. Il suffit de descendre quelques marches pour être dans le parc thermal. Chaque soir dans la rue principale il y a presque tous les soirs des animations. Je conseille vivement. Jean

Nous avons reloué cet appartement pour la deuxième année (et comptons y retourner chaque année). Je le recommande sans la moindre réserve : idéalement situé, avec une vue magnifique, vraiment confortable et très bien équipé, excellent accueil sur place, parfaite communication avec le propriétaire ... bref vraiment formidable !

L'appartement est très agréable et tout y est pratique. Le seul petit bémol serait l'isolation accoustique pour celui qui dort dans le salon et qui est sensible au bruit : circulation bruyante et plancher du plafond en bois.

Très bon appartement, idéal pour les vacances
La localisation est idéale, à la fois proche du centre ville, des cures thermales et du télésiège menant aux pistes de ski des 3 vallées. L'appartement est très bien agencé et dispose de très nombreux équipements. Le tarif est très correct par rapport à la qualité de services ainsi qu'aux autres biens similaires dans les environs. Idéal, que vous soyez seul, en couple ou groupe d'amis désirant prendre un peu de vacances en gardant un confort certain en rentrant le soir dans cet autre chez vous. Je vous le recommande!

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet appartement, idéalement situé, entre les thermes et la source, sur la rue principale. Parfaitement fonctionnel : lave linge, frigo avec compartiment congélation, vraie cuisinière, micro-ondes, pese personne, aspirateur, sèche cheveux... il ne manque rien et tout fonctionne à merveille! Fidèle à la description
La location est très bien située dans le centre-ville. L'ensemble de l'appartement est correct et correspond à la description. Le propriétaire possède un bon relationnel ainsi que les personnes qui nous ont accueilli pour les états des lieux. Je recommande vivement cette location.
