"We were in town for the state championship mountain bike race in Cedar city. This home was great for all our families to stay together. There were some things listed that were not available for our stay(Hot Tub, indoor grill) But the property manager arranged for an outdoor grill quickly for our use. The home was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay."

"We were shocked at how clean this property was. no dust anywhere to be found. Immaculate. The view of the mountains is stunning and the tall cluster of aspens right outside the balcony made for a perfect scene with the sunset sparkling through the large windows with the mountain backdrop. This will be our family getaway for years to come. "

"We loved our stay at this unit. It’s our 4th year staying at Brian Head and this was our favorite rental yet. A very clean, modern and well appointed home. The space was wonderful for our 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of space to spread out and great shared space to hang as well. Owner and manager were very responsive to all requests, even dropping off some extra pool chemicals for our week stay to keep the hot tub clean. Would definitely come again. Thanks!"

"Eight family members were excited to drive up to such a beautiful high mountain cabin that was so well appointed and comfortable inside. One vehicle fit inside the roomy garage that kept it snow free during some of the snow flurries. This cabin is a great choice for a family getaway, it’s close to the ski lodges and you can avoid staying at one of the condominiums in the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay here with our friends and all of our families. It was a perfect location for ski in ski out. Fit us all great. The thing I would complain about is the place is advertised with a massaging chair and it wasn’t working. It had a hot tub which wasn’t serviced so after getting in it one time, no one would get back in it with how gross it was. The fireplace wouldn’t turn on. There was no pot for the coffee maker. I think they just need a maintenance person to check on things...

"The property was perfect if you plan to drive to the slopes or other locations within or around brianhead. I would definitely rent this home again. Everything was modern and new. Well maintained home and clean. I wish the instructions were more detailed and descriptive of the property. For example, the coffee maker can use keurig cups or brew grinds. "Celebrated a birthday with our partner. Everyone loved the condo. Garage had a bit of a 'slasher' vibe. Great location. Had all the amenities. Give kudos to the house keepers for keeping it dustless and spotless. The only issue was the lighting in the hot tub room. We couldn't find the switch to turn on the lights. We still used the hot tub, but for safety concerns, there should be some signage, or have them fixed. We tried all of the switches on the walls. "

"We have used VRBO before and never came across this situation. Luckily we had a great property manager who worked hard to find us an alternative stay. "The place is better than expected based on recent reviews. It does look like the pictures. The front door code does not work like others have said. It does need a good deep clean. Beds are ok but old. They didn’t have any propane for the grill but they fixed it when I called. One bummer is the main kitchen area doesn’t have a couch/area to relax without being at the table or bar area. "

"Stayed here for the winter opening weekend. It was perfect. 1st floor right next to the parking with quick easy access to the hot tub. Location on the mountain is perfect. Right across the street from Giant Steps, food and stores. The property was in perfect condition. My family and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be looking to stay at this location again. "
