Condo was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The jacuzzi was big and the perfect temperature. We could sleep our whole family with room to spare.

Fantastic Winter Trip
We gad a great stay! The condo was comfy and well equipped. We easily walked a couple of hundred yards to the lifts to ski which was super convenient. All and all we had a great family getaway! Thanks for everything!

Another Wonderful Week at Brian Head and at this Condo
This is our fourth time staying at 2nd Home and we continue to love it. Thanks Frankie for always making it easy for us. The game room has been cleaned and updated and the hot tub is wonderful as always. 29 inches of fresh snow didn't hurt either.

Great condo and location
The condo was as advertised and more. Everything from checking in to checking out was very simple. Very well kept place. If you are going in the winter for skiing or snowboarding this is the place. A short walk to Giant Steps and you are on the lift. Super convenient when you want to walk back and take a break for lunch. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Spring Conditions
Thank you Frankie for welcoming us into your home. The location is great, with easy walking access to slopes, condominium facilities, local restaurants, and sledding/park area. Great view of mountain with morning/midday sun on balcony. Frankie was willing to make special arraingments for our family and was great to deal with.

Christmas Getaway
The condo was very cozy and welcoming. It was well equipped and decorated charmingly. We met my son and family there who were staying in his aunt’s condo on the first floor. It was a pleasant surprise that we were staying above them! We enjoyed spending our Christmas there. I did contact Doug when we lost water. It was a problem in the building. He kept me informed on the repair process and it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend Brian Head and this condo.

Walkable to giant steps, nice tv’s, great spa. Owner communication was top notch. Just a few things that could improve it: Was bummed by the master bed, mattress didn't stay put. And the pots/pans weren’t super clean. Also, the spa was drained on day 3, so didn’t get to use it as much as we had wanted.

Great place for a young weekend
This condo clean, comfortable, and has a great location. For families, there is the pond and playground next to the building. We didn't use the fun facilities (pool, sauna, etc.), but it was nice to know that it there for us to use. The unit has all the items needed. For a family of five, the 2B/2B is a necessity. The owners have simple requests, are responsive, seem very kind. Overall, it is a solid option for Brian Head. Thank you for sharing your place with my family

Perfect stay in Brian Head
This property was exactly as described and Frankie and Doug were exceptional hosts. We've been visiting Brian Head since the early 90s and this was easily our best vacation rental. We loved the high quality furniture throughout the unit - the king mattress in particular. Water pressure in the main shower was outstanding. Our friend stayed in the second bedroom and sang the same praises of the queen mattress and second bathroom. Check-out expectations were very reasonable and simple. The proximity to the slopes is incredible. Being one of the closest properties to Giant Steps, we parked our car and didn't use it again until it was time to check-out. The hot tub and game room were an awesome added bonus (not in-unit, but just next door). However, the best part of this rental was definitely the cleanliness. It was apparent the unit was cleaned with care - it was virtually spotless and the bed sheets were freshly laundered. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. For our future trips to Brian Head, this will be our first choice. Thank you Doug and Frankie.

Great Condo - fully stocked with everything you could need
I have stayed at 3 condos now in the Brianwood condo complex. This condo is by far the best! Everything you need, they have. The beds are super comfortable. There are wireless cell phone charges on each night stand. There is extra blankets. The condo is auto heated at a good temperature and no need to use the floor heaters. Great location and easy check in - check out procedures. They do have an Alexa and the camera was on. Once I realized this, I turned it off and then blocked the camera lens, just in case. There was no real reason to cover it as all we did in the condo was sleep, but I was not comfortable knowing that someone could log on and watch us.

Perfect Spot!
We do a trip instead of gifts every Christmas with our 4 teenagers. This place was perfect for the 6 of us. We live in Vegas so a trip to the snow is a treat. Since we stayed during Christmas, we had to cook since the restaurant was closed - the kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Our favorite amenity was the fireplace! Sitting at night in the living room with the fire going with a beautiful view of the star-filled sky and snowy mountains was just dreamy. There was an abundance of firewood so we didn’t have to bring our own. The heaters in the bathrooms were a nice treat. The beds were comfy. The charging pads on the nightstand were so convenient. The location can’t be beat! Everything was very clean. Parking was easy. The TVs worked great - we watched several holiday movies after a couple long days of snowboarding and tubing. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were super quick to respond! I highly recommend this property. If we come back to Brian Head, this will be our first choice! To the hosts - Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cute spacious condo in a great location. Place was clean and well stocked. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals and I really appreciated that. The surroundings area has a playground, small lake and lots of outdoor activities to do. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and great to work with. Highly recommend.

First, the location is everything. No joke that we never got back in our car once we arrived. It was just right there. Another Amazing Week
This is our second stay with Frankie and Doug and we've already booked our third. They recently put new tile floors in which helps. The unit is south facing so you get warm sun all day and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. It's walking distance to the slopes, the major sledding locations, the general store, and the two best restaurants in Brian Head (Thai and Pizza). Thanks guys for letting us build family memories in your condo. We can't wait to see what other improvements you make.
