It is a good stay. If only there is a dinning table, it would be perfect.

This was a nice quiet place to stay . I was really only there at night and gone early in the morning as I was commuting to duck creek village. So it it was a great option for my 3 days in the area .
Great parking, fantastic place to stay when you are headed to the slopes and need a place to sleep comfy, shower, eat and head back out.

Owner's were communicative & welcoming. Like the location and it's proximity to Brianhead Resort and lifts. Biggest negative is the handbook from the owners to guests is a bit out of date and some of the cookware, utensils and other items in drawers are a bit past their prime. Overall a good experience & rental. Would return again and would rent again.

The location is amazing! The covered parking was so nice on a snowy day and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We loved it, would stay again.
Although the condo is compact, it has plenty of beds and everything (minus the dining table) necessary for a pleasant stay. The underground parking and indoor entry was nice in case of bad weather. The shared rec room, indoor pool, spa and sauna were nice. The condo is a short drive to the ski slopes (free parking). We enjoyed our stay and the price was good.

The unit itself was perfect, had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Great beds and pool area. The complex itself is a little dated and could use a refresh in the hallways. Having covered parking was a huge bonus too. We enjoyed out stay!
Great location, very close to the ski resort and has access to spa/sauna which was very helpful after being on the mountain all day. Host had great communication
The condo was clean right across from pool, hottub. All amenities, dishes, cookware available. Shuttle to ski areas met/dropped off right outside entrance door. Never skiied Brian Head before. No crowds excellent runs. Was blessed with over a foot of snow over the week. Will come again. Highly recommend.

This property is very quaint and in a lovely location. It overlooks the ski slopes and was very beautiful with all the fall colors coming in. The clubhouse has an awesome pool, sauna and hot tub that are in great shape. It also has an older ping pong set, billiard table, and foozball, which were a lot of fun. The property is a little old, but everything works very well and the fireplace and remote setting were very relaxing.
Great price and location. Super convenient with the shuttle. I pull up next to the outside the steps temporarily to unload the car to save 1/2 flight of stairs which is helpful at 9500ft. Now if there’s more stainless steel pots it’ll be perfect. Recent guest must of ruined the dining table as it’s disappeared, please have it replaced soon.
We had such a wonderful stay! It is so rare that you stay away from home and LOVE the bed that you are in! The main bed was SUPER comfy!! Great night's sleep! Kitchen had everything that we needed. Check in was super easy. Great location! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after skiing each evening. The bus transportation to the slopes was nice and the garage parking was also very convenient and nice, especially in the blizzard that we had. We loved our time at this place and would definitely stay again!
check-in should be easy because everything is on your cell phone the day of your arrival. Unfortunately,
my cell phone was not working properly that day so I didn't know the directions, the apartment number or the door code. I contacted VRBO and a representative was very helpful. He gave me all I needed but just in case sent all the instructions to my brother's cell phone and we got in The 1 bedroom condo was perfect for the 2 of us and the skiing was great. Thanks VRBO.
This condo complex is definitely dated, but the price was unbeatable, especially during the Annular Solar Eclipse of 2023! While most hotels and motels were incredibly overpriced, this VRBO property made my entire trip carefree. I was happy to enjoy Cedar Breaks (just 4 miles down the road) or wander the local area, then relax each evening with a wood-burning fireplace. Next time, I would bring my own groceries, as both Apple Annie's next door and the General Store down the road had very high prices. It was nice to be able to walk across the street for a hassle-free hot dinner at Black Diamond (also expensive), but I could splurge on one meal since my condo was so affordable.

Pretty Good
Everything was fine except not having a dining room table to eat at or to play games on. Picture in the ad showed they had one but it wasn't there when we arrived. Covered parking was a nice bonus and I drive a big extended cab truck yet it still fit (barely) in the garage. The location is great for skiing. We wouldn't have selected this place if we had known there wasn't a table. Hosts sent regular communications but it is darn hard (nearly impossible) for you to reach them if you need to.

Description is inaccurate
There is no dining table and only 2 chairs. Large pieces of baseboard missing. This condo has NOT been recently renovated, except maybe flooring. Tried contacting owner via VRBO and cell as instructed, only received pre-recorded response and never a direct answer. Would not recommend or stay again

Very poor kitchen amenities
The add says everything included to cook in kitchen. The pits and one small fry pan we’re discussing. You could have gotten better ones at the thrift store. Utensils were very old. Not enough t silverware. No scribbles to clean up dishes. Nice fridge and microwave. Stove is very outdated and old. Bed was nice, TV was nice. Main heater did not work so we used the electric plug in one to stay warm. We were to nervous to start a log fire. The snowmobiling was amazing. We would stay here again but would hope these simple things would be addressed!!

This was our first time here at Brian Head. The condo was very easy to find, near the ski slope but we didn’t see the garage parking at first, went pass it, had to made a u turn and asked the information from the guests who stayed there too. Inside the garage parking was kinda dirty (dog poops on the ground) and the parking were limited. We planned to go to our friends’ place nearby but had to cancel since we didn’t want to come back with no inside parking and had to park outside in the snow.
The room itself wasn’t bad at all, fit 4 people. The bunk bed on the top was kinda shaky but my son managed to sleep up there anyway. The bathroom was pretty small but ok though. We loved the queen bed mattress, very comfortable and warm blankets. We brought our own shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, body wash, lotion, etc., so didn’t have to use anything there. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, would probably come back again but would appreciate it if inside the parking is more cleaner and provides more parking spaces, not first come first serve, thank you.

Honest Review
9/4/2020 vacation:
We have been coming to Brian Head for years, several time a year during all of the different seasons. We love the area and plan to move there. This has been the 4th time that we have stayed in this condo complex and it was our third time this year to travel to Brian Head and we decided to save a little money and chose this condo. Mistake.
Take a close look at the pictures. This is not a 1 bedroom as advertised. It is a studio with no place to sit other than a small kitchen table or at the breakfast bar. “This single-bedroom, one-bathroom condo has room for up to four guests”. Only if you plan on sleeping 4 people in 1 bed, or if you have 2 people that are 5’5” or shorter. “We have one queen size bed and two twin loft beds”. It is 1 bunk bed that has been stuck into a closet space. “The new comfortable memory foam mattresses have been recently replaced”. Personally, I do not like memory foam so I crammed myself into the closet bunk bed at night.
If upgraded means moving from avocado appliance’s to almond, then yes, it’s upgraded. “The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your own cooking. We provide coffee and other condiments”. If you plan on cooking in the unit during your stay, there is 1, 6” frying pan that used to be non-stick. We drove back down to Parowan and bought some new skillets at the Dollar store but did not leave them. The coffee maker is a cone type with basket filters. They still worked, kind of. The unit does have 2 microwaves. The range hood one does not work except in the popcorn mode so there is another one next to the refrigerator. Bring a cooler because the refrigerator does not work, the freezer does, just not the refrigerator. As others have mentioned, you have to hold down the toilet handle until it totally flushes or it won’t flush.
The nice things about this unit are that is on the first floor and directly across from the entrance. The key pad to enter the unit works and is very smooth, we have had some issues with others. All of the owners have given us a 5-star rating because I’m honest with the reviews that I have given their units. I don’t expect the same personal review on this unit and don’t care.
Mike
