This cabin was absolutely wonderful. The property manager responded lightning fast to our questions. The location was fantastic, and there was plenty of parking. The cabin was lovely and clean, and everyone had a place to sleep. the portage tables for eating were awesome! The hot tub was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay.
There were bees inside the living room and kitchen. We killed some of them. We think they were coming in at the top of the window on the left hand side (looking from inside the living room). Everything else was nice. Thanks for letting us enjoy your cabin!

Our stay at Ridge View Adventure Cabin was enjoyable and very comfortable. It was thoughtfully designed and built to provide ample space for the whole group to sleep comfortably, and the common area is perfect for meals and relaxation. the kitchen is easily accessible and convenient, making meal prep easy and efficient. We all enjoyed the shuffleboard table in the loft area, and the hot tub is a great way to quietly relax after a long day. As well, the location of the cabin is very convenient, being right near the Brian Head ski slopes and the Cedar Breaks National Monument, and a short drive to some other great hikes and activities. The cabin was clean and neat when we arrived, and the check in/check out process was easy and convenient, as was all communication with the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to stay here again.
We loved our time in Brian Head. This cabin housed our family of 8 and a couple of children great. Ample sleeping space. The owner was very responsive to questions and the check in process was easy.
The house is showing some age and wear in the furnishings. The beds and bathrooms were clean, but other areas of the house, not su much. Could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. Supplies were sparse and we ended up driving to Cedar for additional paper products, and toiletries typically supplied with a VRBO rental. I would recommend anyone considering this house being extra supplies as there is only one general store in the area and prices are high. Several broken items in the house that the owner assured will be addressed.
We had a great time at this property in Brian Head! It was our first time visiting the area and it was a great location and central to everything we wanted to see and do. We drove to Bryce Canyon for one day and the drive was beautiful over by Panguitch lake. The owner of the property was very easy to get a hold of when we had questions, the hot tub was beautiful and fun, plenty of large living spaces for everyone to be comfortable!
This cabin was perfect for our family stay! There were plenty of beds for all of us and loved the separate areas. The kids had an area to themselves and that left the main floor for the adults to hang out without all the noise. We used the hot tub every night! It was a great location for all our activities we did. We took a day trip to Zion, rode horseback, went fishing and paddle boarding on two of the lakes that were close by. The area was beautiful! Easy communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again .
We love the Ridge View area, right between the two sides of Brian Head resort. This house has a great layout with several separate common areas, so a great place to let the kids watch a movie downstairs while the adults visit upstairs. We had a big group, but everyone had their own space. It would be great for a property manager to go through and fix some door knobs, light bulbs, and other small things, but it is a great place.
Great location! We love the downstairs area for family hang out time. Great home for large group, the kids enjoyed their own area upstairs with a bathroom.
Our family just got back from staying in this cabin for a long weekend. There were four adults and 2 children. We had plenty of space to spread out, hang out and sleep. Our kids enjoyed the large beanbag chairs, shuffle board in the loft and playing outside in the snow in the awesome back yard with the sleds that were in the garage!
The place itself is a bit worn down - lights need to be replaced (no lighting in the laundry room, can't see at night), the master bathroom light was sometimes on, sometimes off - and when its off, its completely dark in there due to no windows. No smoke detector in the master bedroom. It was sitting on a dresser not plugged in. We also noticed lots of cobwebs throughout the cabin. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend to families or groups!
The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large enough to make food for a large group. We will definitely consider renting this property again.
