Located near the base of Brian Head Peak, this condo is a perfect home base for year-round outdoor activities. During the winter months, enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling, or take the kids inner tubing for a fun family day. The summer months bring endless opportunities for adventure with nearby hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and ATV trails.

What’s nearby: Brian Head Resort is just yards away for days of downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and other fun winter activities. In warm weather, the resort offers mountain biking, hiking, wall climbing, zip-lining, archery, and much more! Guests also have access to a free shuttle during the winter season to get around town.

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.
