Giant Steps 3 condo with direct access to the ski slopes. This unit is completely remodeled. The interior has entirely new flooring, fireplace, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances and furniture. This is the most desirable location on the mountain. Ski up to the front steps of the condo for lunch and walk right in. This is a corner unit with a large wrap around deck providing amazing views of the slopes.
Our comfortable condo has all the amenities of home. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms both with showers. The master bedroom has a new queen bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with bunk beds. The family room has a blow up mattress for extra sleeping with a wood burning fireplace. There is a new flat screen TV in the family room. Netflix is available on the TV. This condo has WIFI through Century Link. This is a first floor end unit so there is easy access to both the slopes and the parking garage.
Enjoy the uncrowded slopes of Brian Head with free skiing for kids under 5 with an adult ticket!

Amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is inviting and cozy. It is right next to the entrance so you can ski in and ski out right to the lift. We had a wonderful time.

Very nice property in a great location.

The property was well kept and the owner was very responsive. We were a family of 8 and it suited our needs just fine. We had an issue with the water heater, but it seemed to resolve itself. The location is very close to the Giant Steps lift. If you are a beginer, you can also walk to the Wildflower lift. Overall it was a great time.

Had fresh snow right outside for the kiddos to play in, parking and laundry easily accessible. The fireplace was a great amenity and kitchen was well stocked for big meals.

Great location and clean!

Loved our stay, we had a great time! Place was clean and the provided firewood was a huge bonus! Location was perfect because I could watch my boys play in the snow right out the window! Bring lots of food since there are limited choices in town. Jacuzzi in our building was closed for maintenance unfortunately and we didn’t want to walk to building 1 to use the one there. I would love to stay here again!

Great location / Cozy stay

We were 2 families: 4 adults and 4 kids under 12yrs old. This place was cozy and comfortable and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed! We were close enough to ski all day and pop into the condo for all of our meals. Also loved that the kids could walk out and play in the snow within view from the living room. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Location and Wonderful Property!

This condo is a gem! Location is wonderful and ski in / ski out access is perfect and SO easy! Unit is appointed beautifully with everything you will need for cooking, relaxing after a full day of skiing and spending quality family time together! David, the owner is very easy to communicate with and responds immediately to any requests. A great and comfortable stay and highly recommend!

True Ski in and Ski out...Great location

This condo was fantastic and had a great location. 1st floor, underground parking, next to the laundry room and direct access to the slope (if you are on a snowboard you may have to skate a little to get the lift). Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. The communication was outstanding!! We will definitely stay here again.

Felt like a home away from home

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with tons of cookware, utensils, etc. a huge plus since we cooked all our meals in the condo. The location was great, walk over to the slopes and the lodge. Covered parking in the garage was also a plus since it snowed a lot while we were there! Overall great stay, thank you!

Great apartment, perfect location!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Kitchen was fully equipped, sleds for the children to play outside, wood for the fireplace in the garage and nice and bright because of the many windows which give a beautiful view on the slopes and the nearby snow tube park. It was very convenient to ski directly out of the apartment to the Giant Steps ski lift and back to the apartment again for lunch. Definitely recommend this place!

Great location!

Apartment is on 1st floor right next to ski in/out door near Giant Steps Lift. Parking garage was great. Great location, easy access to slopes, apartment had what we needed for the most part. We had a hard time getting the door code to work, but the owner was quick to respond and helped us out. We will definitely rent here again!

Great location, comfortable, worked well for us and our 2 grandkids. Underground parking was highly useful in the blizzard that came through. Communication category should have an NA option since we did not have any communication but none was needed

Great property, good location, but...

We booked this property for a family ski vacation at Brian Head. I turned out to be a well appointed property. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, but we really didn't use it other than to heat up some food. Overall it was clean, instructions easy to follow, and it was easy to get in and out of, even after a very heavy snowfall (the weather dropped about 51 inches of snow during the days we were there). It had abundant hot water, the heaters worked well, and the fireplace worked well, although the wood supplied by the condo association was balky and seemed a little damp. There is no washer or dryer in the condo, but there is one in a room next door that accepts quarters. It was pretty cold and we had no quarters, so I can't say how well it worked. It faces a ski run at Giant Steps, signs are posted prohibiting sledding, but they did not maintain it while we were there. The snow was very deep and we saw no one on it although we were there from a Saturday through the following Wednesday. It was advertised as sleeping 8, but unfortunately the inflatable mattress refused to stay that way and had a slow leak which caused it to go completely flat at about 3 AM. So we ended up with sleeping space for 6 but had a party of 7, which meant we had to double up. If it wasn't for that I would probably have rated it five stars.
