Don’t miss this beautifully remodeled one bedroom/one bathroom condo located just steps from a community park, fishing pond, 2 ski lifts, and a ski shop with rentals and lots of available activities!! This well cared for condo sleeps 4 and is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a hallway bathroom. You will feel right at home relaxing by the fire, playing games, or watching TV in this condo’s comfortable living room with recliner, pull out sofa bed and WiFi. The private bedroom also has a queen bed, 2 fold away twin mattresses, and plenty of dresser and closet space to unpack your bags and stay a while!

The condo complex provides parking just outside the front door, onsite coin operated laundry facilities, outdoor fire ring, horse shoe pits, sauna, and a community room with games, a pool table, and ping pong.

While we know you’ll enjoy everything this condo offers on the inside, we think you’ll love it’s location to Brian Head’s mountain activities just as much. The community park located just outside the complex entrance is a great place for sledding and building snowmen in the winter and during the summer months the park provides opportunities for fishing, kayaking, a playground, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a large cover picnic area. The condo complex is also located just steps away from not just one but TWO ski lifts (Lift 8 & Lift 1) providing easy access to Utah’s famous powder on both sides of the Brian Head Mountain Ski Resort during the prime winter months (see resort website for current mountain conditions and lift operations)

Brian Head and the surrounding areas are full of amazing activities to soak up the outdoors year round. The resort offers chair lift service during the winter months for snow sports and during summer months for it’s growing mountain bike park, frisbee golf course, and hiking. They also offer a wide variety of other fun activities at the base of the mountain during both seasons as well as a calendar of events throughout the entire year. Local Brian Head businesses offer retail, adventure tours, rental equipment, and a few great places to grab a bite to eat!

Brian Head is also near Cedar Breaks, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Lake Panguitch, tons of hiking and biking trails, and scenic view points.

Cozy, clean and great location!
This was our second trip to Brian Head and this condo gives easy access to both peaks via chair 1 and 8. The unit was super clean and cozy and the owners were very responsive and helpful. We also had the clubhouse to ourselves and enjoyed pool and table tennis. We will be back!

My go to place in Brian Head.
Our stay was perfect in this property. I knew it was going to be nice when we arrived about 8 pm and the host had the unit prewarmed for us. This place is perfect. Joe was quick to respond with an issue I had that was my own doing. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Great Stay!
This place was perfect for a short ski weekend! The host was very responsive and gave us all the info we needed for the trip. The condo was great! Big enough for a small family, but perfect for a couple looking for a quick getaway. Literally less than 100 steps to the #8 lift, a 2 minute drive to Giant Steps lodge, or you can even walk that in under 10 minutes. Plenty of room in the house to spread out your gear and still relax in comfort. Highly recommended, and plan on staying again next season!

This unit is just as advertised and located in a great location near chair 1 & 8. The property manager was very responsive and communicative. We experienced a record snowfall while we were there and the property has a worker that cleared the walkways, driveway and parking lot. He was courteous and hard working. This property is also serviced by the free town shuttle. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

My friends and I just got done snowing for the day and the place was well maintained. As soon as we got to the property lights and heaters was already on. They had everything you’ll need from clean dinner plates to cooking ware. Overall, I would recommend the place for anyone who needs a place to stay.

This is a good condo that is budget friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The HOA was very good at snow removal. The listing advertised a hot tub, but they are renovating and so there was no hot tub, which was a bummer after a day of skiing. The unit could use some new sheets and towels, but otherwise good.

Very convenient to ski Brian Head!
Brian Head’s chair 8 is directly behind the condo and just a couple minutes walk from your front door. Parking spot is mere feet from the front door - makes for easy loading and unloading. Living room is cozy and kitchen is well equipped (coffeemaker and Keurig, note: no dishwasher). Communication with owner was seamless and the property was very clean.

The condo is just as described. It's small, but is updated and was just right for us. The location is very close to chair 8, however it's not as easy to get back (especially if you are new to skiing/snowboarding, which someone in our group was). We had a small issue upon check in and Joe communicated quickly and made it right. I would stay here again.

I went up for a trail race starting at Giant Steps Lodge and this was so close, I could have walked. I can see how this would be perfect for ski season. Also super close to the market, pizza place and coffee shop. Very convenient and easy parking right in front of the unit So, basically, there was an issue or two but Joe was super responsive and I can see why this place gets such high reviews, he definitely cares and will do what he can to resolve any problems. You can tell the unit is well taken care of. This was a great home base for our trip.

Great location, perfect condo!
Such a wonderful condo! It is almost ski in/out as you can see two lifts from the parking lot. The location is perfect, and parking was right outside the front door. The photos online made me worry we’d feel cramped, but my family of five felt very comfy here. The condo is full stocked with everything you need. We stayed here Christmas Eve, and I was able to cook dinner for the family without bringing or buying anything other than food. Communication with the host was great, we booked last minute, during the holiday, and he still answered all questions right away. The sleeping arrangements were the only thing that anyone had an issue with, and that’s always hard to judge when renting a place. Bed that is too firm for some may be too soft for others, etc. The bedroom has a queen bed and that was fine for my husband and I. Due to limited packing space in my Jeep, I left my kids air mattresses at home and I took a chance on the couch bed and the floor mats. It was against my better judgment because I’ve never in my life slept on a comfy couch bed, but I did what I did and took a chance. They were a little annoyed in the morning and said they were uncomfortable most the night. But it was Christmas morning so I also think their restlessness could have been due to Santa coming. Either way, I just wouldn’t really count on the couch bed and the floor mats are pretty well used at this point. I would have loved to stay here the entire weekend. One night was just not enough, but we had just come up for tubing and did not ski or board that trip, next time. We would definitely stay here again!
