Absolutely awful - didnt have half amenities open
"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants ..."

"It was a clean, comfortable place. The only negatives were that breakfast was meager but ok and at 4 am the food truck came and there was so much noise transporting the food to the hotel. It woke us up. Also, the water in our room wasn’t as hot as it should have been."

"The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids.
