This immaculate condo is located inside the Ocean Edge Resort Community on the south side of Route 6A and is a quiet place to relax and unwind. This 1 bedroom unit has a full bed in the bedroom and murphy bed in the living area. The balcony boasts a serene golf course view. Close to everything that beautiful, historic Brewster has to offer including beaches, dining, cafes, art, the bike path and more!

Disclaimer: Admin fee of $175 is not yet included. This rental property strictly enforces a no parties policy. Guests are not permitted to host parties, events, or large gatherings at any time during their stay. Additional charges will apply to cover any damages, additional cleanings or other fees. If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

Quiet and relaxing
We had a great stay, the property was clean and located in a beautiful area. Check in was very easy, Nicole was prompt at replying to any questions we had. Kitchen was well stocked we really didn’t need anything else. Great place will definitely come back.

Nice place in Ocean Edge
Always enjoyed ocean edge. This is a one bedroom apartment and a nice location. Parking and entry was easy. Only downside was failure to obtain local TV.

The location of this specific property on a golf resort was very good but the unit itself was very stinky. Couches and fabric furniture was stained and smelly. Carpet as well. Even though the unit was smoking free there was a distinct cigarette smoking smell. Bathroom shower tiles has some mold. Bath towels definitely had musky, sour stink. Bedroom carpet very dirty. Needs serious deep cleaning and new sets of bath towels.
