"What a gem! Gorgeous property in an awesome location. Have your morning coffee on the sun dappled deck or walk to the beach and watch the tide come in. A short walk to the General store and farmers market. Great kitchen, with a BBQ just outside the door. We loved roasting marshmallows on the gas fire pit in the garden, looking up at the stars. "It is a fun little spot to enjoy the beautiful views of Okeover Arm and convenient to get to Lund to explore Desolation Sound. We had some rousing games of bocce on the lawn in front of the cottages. Others played badminton and cornhole. The A-frame was snug for 3 adult women but we all slept really well, albeit one on the couch. The loft was accessible with a ladder and was nice with the cross-breeze at night. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great week's vacation. The cabin is centrally located with several beaches within close proximity on foot or bike. The locals of the island were so sweet and helpful as well. The island has many beautiful places to explore including walks and hikes. So glad we went on the “off season” as we were able to do our exploring with little or no crowds. Worth all the extra ferry rides as be able to travel off the beaten trail."
