"The house was just as advertised and had a nice backyard for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the outside deck was great for the beautiful weather we had. Close to central Brevard and hiking. Would stay again."

Wonderful place!
"We loved staying here! Being close to town was perfect, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The fire pit area is nice, and in warmer weather it would be a nice spot to have lunch or dinner on the picnic table. Just be warned, the hill leading up to town is no joke! We absolutely would stay here ..."

The Brevard College Summer Musical Festival was a an unexpected surprise. The setting and performances were amazing. Between that, the downtown restaurants, and the incredible mountain biking in DuPont State Forest, I did not want to leave!

We really like the area. Went to Cradle of Forestry, Looking Glass Falls, Fish Hatchery, Ranger Station and picnic grounds. Our grandsons really enjoyed.
