'The Cottage at Franklin Park' is conveniently located in downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Located in the Franklin Park neighborhood, directly across the street from 'The Big Play' and City Pool. Just a stones throw from Main Street shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Brevard College, Silvermont and Transylvania County Library. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, dining room for 6, living room with fireplace and cable TV, wireless internet and a fantastic screen porch. Property also has a fenced in backyard with deck area. Local attractions include....Brevard Music Center, Porter Center, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont Forrest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the ever popular Sliding Rock. The home combined modern convenience and appointment with classic, southern design. It was a realtor's dream for location, location, location. The park across the street and a short walk to town made it superb. Thank you to the hosts for such a great stay.

Best Cottage in Brevard
This was our second stay in the cottage! We love being able to walk into town and to Brevard College to watch our son play baseball. The cottage feels like home and the front porch is a bonus!

Franklin Park Cottage
The Cottage is exactly as photographed. The across the street access to Franklin Park to enjoy walking, seeing many white squirrels, and the family vibe was great. I particularly enjoyed the screened front porch. The neighborhood it is very nice. Downtown Brevard is about a 15 minute walk. I will return next summer.

Perfect Cottage for a Relaxing Weekend
The cottage was absolutely ideal for a weekend in the mountains. We would book it again in a second, and plan to in the future. We highly recommend both the house and the location of Brevard for a weekend getaway.

The cutest cottage!
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Lakeview cottage. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Our favorite part was the lovely front porch, and we spent our early mornings and evenings swinging and reading there. We found the location to be very convenient for walking to downtown as well as driving to waterfalls, hiking trails and more. Overall, wonderful property and would definitely recommend.

Great house in a great location!
This was our second stay here and it was exactly the great experience we remembered. Our kids loved the park and pool right across the street and we loved that we could sit on the cozy screened in patio and watch them. It is within walking distance to town and to Brevard College. We love to be active, and Pisgah and Dupont are a short drive! So much to love about this place. Our family of 5 hopes to be back!

This is such a cute little house. We loved the front porch swing and the park across the street most. The owner also allowed us to stay until 4:00 on our checkout day so that we could enjoy Easter with our two small children. We would definitely stay here again!

We live down on the NC coast and every fall head to the mountains to enjoy the season. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years but this one may be the best one we’ve experienced. Great house, in a great neighborhood - park across the street and just a short walk downtown - perfect! Brevard and the Pisgah Forest have a lot to offer and this was the perfect “home base” to enjoy it all. We’ll definitely return.

Brevard Baseball Fans
We really enjoyed our long weekend in Brevard! 4 of 5 of our daughters joined us to watch our son play Nado baseball. We started each day on the front porch planning the day - Pisgah National Forest hikes in the morning and baseball in the afternoons. The cottage was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do!

Cute cottage close to Brevard
We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage in Brevard, North Carolina. It was a beautiful neighborhood, very close to town and also to many of the waterfalls, which we hiked. I wish we could’ve stayed a couple more days. I will say that the mattresses are not comfortable. We just dealt with it. Other than that, we had everything we needed. And we appreciate that we could bring our dog with us. If she wasn’t with us, we crated her and it worked out perfect.

Great Location on Franklin Park, Downtown Brevard
Great little home with plenty of space to spread out. Walk to downtown Brevard. Home overlooks Franklin Park with a community pool, playground and trail area. The owner Robert is very easy to work with and accommodating. Great location for outdoor adventurers wanting to be close to all that the area has to offer...trails, cycling, hiking...you name it, it's all within reach.
