Situated on the forest bike/hike trail, this downtown hideaway is ideal for cyclists, providing easy access to the best of Brevard. Take a leisurely walk to the gorgeous Bracken Preserve and the Brevard Music Center. The Lumber Arts District and downtown shops and eateries are also within a short stroll.

Natural light bathes the living room, appointed with stylish furnishings and a large smart TV. The game room includes a selection of books and board games, while the den is detailed with a newly-serviced Wurlitzer upright piano and 88-Key Electric Piano. Whip up delicious dishes in two full kitchens, one on each level of the home. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Three vehicles may park in the driveway. Street parking is not available. There is also off-site parking for additional or recreational vehicles guests may inquire about.
This dog-friendly home has two fenced yards, a small pet door, and a bike wash that doubles as a dog wash.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
