This charming efficacy cottage is nestled into an historical downtown residential neighborhood. This peaceful cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bath and is nestled way on Main Street. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials you will need for preparing meals, if you so desire. The living area has large flat screen TV with internet and Wi-Fi connections. A spacious and comfortable bedroom and lovely bathroom with shower. We provide all linens, towels and paper products. Heating and air conditioning will keep you comfortable during the warm weather months and cozy in the cooler. Outside front deck has table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy a delicious homemade pastry from one of our fine local bakeries. Outside Adirondack chairs provide a place to sit back and relax with a good book. Should you be sharing you visit with your pet, a fenced in front yard offers an area for your pet to be off leash. Guests can relax in this charming living place or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Downtown Brevard is rich with history and preserved historic buildings. It is home to thriving arts, dynamic live music, restaurants, fun shops and craft brewery scenes accommodating all ages and is within walking distance from cottage.

Stroll down main street to enjoy the unique shops, bakeries, awesome eateries, fine dining, local galleries, public library, churches, banks and the one and only famous OP Taylors Toy Shop. Young and old will find something to take home with you.

Brevard is known for some of the coolest and seasonal festivals. Brevard opens up to the Pisgah National Forest and Blue Ridge Parkway. You can stay in your car to view the parkway, with pull off areas along the way to enjoy the views. You can also hike/bike one of the many trails. We are named the Land of Waterfalls for good reason We have over 250 breathtaking waterfalls. As you can see there are so many options to enjoy your visit.
