"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and the layout, with three large bedrooms and three full baths, each on separate floors, was particularly well-suited to our four generations! The location could not have been more convenient to both downtown Brevard and Seven Maples, where our son's wedding was held. And Mandi, the property manager, was especially helpful, with both timely responses to online messages and a more in-depth phone call, as we were evaluating the potential impacts of the recent storm on our travel plans. If you and family or friends are planning to visit Brevard and surrounding areas, this property is one I would highly recommend!"

"We had a GREAT stay during our adventures to peep some fall leaves and we were on a mission to see the white squirrels of Brevard! Mission accomplished! (tip: this neighborhood has white squirrels if you're on the search ;)) Kanto House is a great location just outside of downtown. Short drive to get to downtown and if you're looking for hiking/exploring Pisgah National Forest it's a perfect "in between" location. Lots of waterfalls in one area! CLEAN and excellent remodeling of this little space. Perfect for our needs. The pet friendliness is a great perk even if we didn't bring a pet. All the items you need are provided, even coffee :). "Very unusual hotel stay. What started as a two-day stay for a family wedding extended two additional days waiting for Hurricane Helene to get through and to locate a passable route out of the area. The entire hotel staff performed impeccably under tremendous pressure yet remained calm and reassuring to the guests. They made provisions for folks to remain past reservation dates to keep people safe until leaving the area became an option. No way would I stay at any other facility in Brevard than with the great people at the Comfort Inn and Suites. Thank you very much."

"Enjoyed our two-night stay here. Easy check-in procedure with minimal communication with the owner. Nicely appointed home with a minimalistic flair. Appreciated the small touches like offering body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the bathroom and pods for the modern washing machine. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen cookware/utensils were adequate, though a larger family may go through the limited number of dinnerware quickly. Lovely open backyard perfect for tiring out young kids. Only small gripe was inadequate comfortable seating in the living room area. Recommend adding an armchair or two to supplement the couch, as the straight-back breakfast table chairs are less than ideal for comfortable lounging and conversation. A larger table for meals would also be appreciated. "

"I booked this vacation rental as a surprise birthday getaway for my husband, and we were both thoroughly impressed! The pictures don't do the view justice. We literally spent hours on the deck just staring off into the distance while listening to the sounds of nature. It was mesmerizing! The house itself is so cozy and has everything you could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed gazing at the stars from the hot tub after dark. The bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable, and if you leave the curtains open, you can even enjoy the beautiful view from bed! Debbie went above and beyond to make this a special weekend with a sweet birthday note accompanied by a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a birthday treat! She was great with communication for any questions I had and provided lots of information for those who aren't familiar with the area. If you're looking for beauty and solitude while still enjoying all the comforts of home, this is the place!"
