While we have strict cleaning practices already we've put extra measures in place. All high traffic areas are given special attention such at remote controls, light switches, railings, etc.

We're ready to welcome you to our place!

It's conveniently located in the heart of Bretton Woods with stunning views of the slopes. We have made some beautiful renovations and upgrades to this already lovely townhouse. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. All beds and bedding are new throughout and Mt. Washington can be seen from the second level bedrooms. Smart tv's can be found in all of the bedrooms and living areas. This spacious unit offers an open floor plan, and a fully equipped kitchen which opens to the dining and living areas. The cozy living room with wood burning fireplace and large smart tv can be enjoyed from the comfortable furnishings of this inviting home. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a movie and s'mores after a day of being out and about.

Downstairs you'll find fun for the whole family! The game room is the place to be with bumper pool and darts. There's also a TV, and two bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a full, shared bath.

FREE WiFi is provided, SHUTTLE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID REGULATIONS.

Since 2013, Bretton Woods has held the top 2 positions in Snow & Grooming, ensuring a great day on the slopes for all. Continued improvements in snow making and grooming of 434 acres of fresh powder with dozens of trails for skiing and snowboarding has made this resort New Hampshire's largest ski area. For multiple years in a row, Bretton Woods has been named #1 in the East for best grooming lifts, and #2 Top Overall Ski Resort by Ski Magazine in 2022/2023 season.

In addition to skiing, there are so many things to do that you will have no need to seek fun and adventure elsewhere. Bretton Woods canopy tours will take you on the longest zip line in the continental U.S. Winter activities include ice skating, snow shoeing, snow mobiling, and sleigh rides. In summer there are many attractions on and off property: On property there is teen adventure camp, hiking, tubing, fly fishing, two award winning golf courses, rock climbing wall, horseback riding, and tubing down the river. Nearby there is Crawford Notch State Park, White Mountains attractions, water parks, Story Land, Santa's Village, Fort Jefferson Fun Park, Appalachian Mountain Club, the scenic Franconia Notch State Parkway, Mount Washington Auto Road, Flume Gorge,The Basin, and Echo Lake Beach, and numerous hiking trails and picnicking areas.

There's even more for everyone; shoppers will love the quaint village of North Conway where there are boutique shops, restaurants, and hundreds of outlets.

Before you leave, don't forget to treat yourself to a massage at the luxurious on site Omni Mt. Washington Hotel Spa. You can even have lunch served while you relax in your plush robe and take in the majestic mountain views. Great mountain stay!
An amazing 4 days in the White Mountains for Thanksgiving. The property was perfect. Very comfortable and beautiful views. Owners provided detailed information and were extremely responsive. I would love to stay here again.

This house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, recently upgraded (or so it looked) and very well-equipped. The hosts were pleasant, responsive and helpful which made every detail perfect. We went for a wedding at the Omni Mt Washington and were so happy we chose this house instead of the hotel. Comfortable and cozy with amazing views - you will not be disappointed. Can't wait to return for a ski trip! Thank you Kristen and Jeff, you are the best.

Warm and comfortable stay at Timberview!
Friends and family had a great stay over Thanksgiving. The property was well taken care of, very clean, and there was plenty of room for two families. The home was warm and welcoming with many small touches to make you feel at home. Good communication with the owners, very accommodating and they provided everything we needed!

Excellent place for a ski vacation. Great views of the slopes and the condo is incredibly comfortable and well stocked. Jeff and Kristen were very helpful and responsive to all questions I had. I would highly recommend renting here!

Perfect place for our family…
We were in town for a wedding at the Omni Mt Washington Hotel. There were 8 of us in our party and the condo was the perfect place for all of our needs. Condo was plenty big enough and the bedrooms are all spread out nicely. We spent the majority of our time down in the game room area. Also, a great location and close to the hotel! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great vacation spot right near Bretton Woods Ski area and Mt Wahsington resort
Wonderful place to stay, plenty of room for everyone, warm and inviting (I liked the Nest thermostats on each level which made setting the temperature easy), balcony with views of the ski trails, very nice, comfortable living/dining area, and a nice game room downstairs. Kristen and Jeff were great hosts, responding to questions quickly. We highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!
The owners, Kristen & Jeff, are very responsive and were extremely accommodating when an issue caused us to change our rental dates. Their home is well appointed and very clean. It is conveniently located to hiking, ski areas, Mt Washington hotel and other attractions. Our family enjoyed the great outdoors and family meals at the condo - very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous getaway
My husband, our friends and I traveled up for a wedding and the location and set up of this property was fantastic. We had gorgeous views and easy access to the Omni resort at Mt Washington for all the festivities. Jeff and Kristen were also super communicative. Our only regret was we didn’t have more time to hang out in the space since we were at wedding events so much! 10/10 would recommend.

Wonderful
We were there for a family weekend including my wife and I, our 3 adult children and a grandchild and the place was perfect. It was very clean, well furnished, well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. Two of my siblings and their families rented other lodging in the area but everyone wound up hanging with us because our place was far superior. Jeff and Kristen were very available for questions and their communication was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Wondering condo, great layout and beautiful view
We had a great long weekend at Timberview. We were two families with two kids each. The layout was perfect, kids had their own bedrooms and hangout/game room downstairs while upstairs (3rd floor) had two masters. Also the kids lower level was not musty at all like in some other condo's we've rented and the whole condo had a great air flow, not dry again like many others we've rented. The living space was also perfect, comfortable couches with plenty of seating, a nice dining table for 8 and a kitchen with all the essentials. This condo is much more updated than many we've stayed at in Bretton Woods so we will definitely return!

Comfortable and spacious townhouse
We visit the White Mountains every summer with friends. This was our first time staying at the townhouse and everything was perfect. It was spacious enough for 4 adults and 4 kids to spread out. The kids loved having the lower level to themselves. The upstairs bathrooms were very comfortable and it was a bonus that both bedrooms upstairs had bathrooms. We used the gas grill one night for dinner and found the kitchen to be well equipped for cooking basic meals. The location was easily accessible to Santa’s Village, Cannon Mountain and many local hiking trails. Kristen and Jeff were very helpful providing information in advance of our stay and responded immediately to our questions. We hope to come back again in the future!

Annual Santa’s Village Weekend
What a great spot! It’s gigantic and beautiful. Plenty of space for our group of 7. The teenagers were overjoyed with the bottom floor, but not happier than the adults who couldn’t hear a thing down there (haha). Tons of bathrooms. Gorgeous view. Comfortable beds and couches. Washer and dryer! The owners were beyond accommodating. I actually booked this condo in 2018 but something unexpected came up and we couldn’t make the trip. They could have taken my money but they were kind enough to let us reschedule in 2019! Super sweet! Easy to communicate with and a lovely couple. Thanks for a great stay!

The kids agreed - "BEST PLACE EVER!!"
We were only in the unit maybe 30 minutes when all 4 kids decided that this was the best place we have ever stayed at in Bretton Woods. They absolutely loved the game room. They learned how to play darts and bumper pool and also enjoyed the board games as well. I enjoyed the amazing view of the slopes, the cozy fireplace and the fact that the kids had their own space and I had mine for a change. Definitely a place where you can all gather together and still have your own space for a little quiet time. The unit had everything we needed to eat in and enjoy our time together. I used the shuttle to get to the slopes to visit my family who was skiing multiple times and they always arrived within minutes of calling. We ate out once at Stickney's and was extremely happy with the way they handle food allergies. My son (with food allergies) said it was the best meal of his life and was so excited to have a dessert that wasn't just cookies or ice cream - a real restaurant dessert. We loved it there and the kids all agreed that since we couldn't move in, they definitely wanted to go back again. ~ Liz

Fun family/holiday vacation
My family and I had a fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday vacation here at Bretton Woods. The property was amazing, bigger than I had anticipated. Very clean and my wife commented that she loved how it was decorated. The kids spent alot of time in the game room downstairs and had many spirited games of table hockey. Try as they might I remained undefeated the duration of our stay. Ha! The kitchen was very well supplied and cooking Thanksgiving dinner for a family of eight was not a problem. The views of Bretton Wood ski area and the mountains were magnificent. There was a great balcony/deck where you could take it all in. The property around the house was also very beautiful with a great hiking trail right outside the door. It's a nice 45 to 60 minute round trip hike though the surrounding area. The shuttle bus to Mount Washington hotel and Bretton Woods ski area is also super convenient. Probably less than a ten minute trip to either one depending on stops. Whether it was relaxing in the living room by the fire, playing games, hiking, or skiing at Bretton Woods our entire family had an amazing time and a Thanksgiving that will provide good memories for a long time to come. Thank you to the owners for there help during the booking process and answering all our questions. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place for family!
Great space for 2 families! The check in and out was easy, view was amazing and 4 large bedrooms were perfect for 8 of us. Great distance between storyland and santas village and a quick 30 minutes to north conway.
