Welcome to this Forest Cottage unit with fantastic slope access, large gathering spaces and air conditioning! Main level has been renovated to create a larger living space while still maintaining a cozy feel. This added space makes this home rather unique among the Forest Cottages, creating a larger living space, beautiful kitchen, and master suite. Enjoy the eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, which opens to an expansive living room with built-ins and beautiful floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace. Enjoy sitting on the deck, just off the bedroom, listening to the brook on warmer days. An additional half-bath in the expanded entryway adds to the convenience. Upstairs, you will find a loft bedroom with plenty of space, including a private bath. The lower level provides another large living space with air hockey table, card table, TV, full bathroom, laundry, and walkout mudroom area as well as two additional bedrooms - both with proper egress. The primary entry is via the lower level walkout and has plenty of room to store your skis and gear as well as a boot dryer. All with easy ski access out from here to the slopes via the Forest Cottage connector path that leads to the Learning Center at Bretton Woods. This Forest Cottage at Bretton Woods is a wonderful option for a getaway to the White Mountains and Bretton Woods - where a lifetime of memories are made! From world class hiking, to wildlife watching, outlet shopping, incredible parks and beloved attractions such as Santa's Village, StoryLand, Whale's Tale, the Cog Rail, Mount Washington Auto Road, you can spend weeks exploring the White Mountains - and with our lower rates for longer stays, why not? Fast internet will also allow you to work remotely should you need to. And of course, the Mount Washington Hotel is only a minute away, and all of the year-round attraction of Bretton Woods are at your fingertips, from skiing to golfing to ziplining and canopy tours.

- Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.
- A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay; please leave all trash in the home and our staff will take care of it! If you need additional pickups during your stay, they are available between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm at a cost of $10 per pickup.

This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially Quiet Hours (10 pm - 8 am), Parking Limitations (2 vehicles at unit, others at overflow), no Trash left outside must be followed. Overflow parking is nearby. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Pets and No Unauthorized Guests: Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.
