"This is our fourth time in Lincoln and our first time at the Pemi Cabins. We previously stayed at hotels (Days Inn, Best Western, etc) and our stay at The Pemi Cabin has been our favorite. We were there for 8 nights. The cabin was cozy and looked recently renovated. We stayed in Cabin 6. "We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again. "

"The house is very spacious and nice. Beautiful kitchen and dining area. Communication with owner was good. Proximity to town was very good easy access to grocery shopping. Would definitely stay there again."

"The driveway wasn't well cleared for cars that aren't 4x4. So 2 cars had to park outside the property along the road. Beyond that, marvelous place. 5 Stars"

"We arrived in a blizzard, were able to find it easily and get early check in as well, which worked out great after the long trip in. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 7 and our dog. Close to both Attitash and Wildcat, we also took the dog for a hike at Diana's Baths and did some shopping at the outlets. "

"We love these little cabins and have stayed in Lincoln to hike for years. We hated to give up our old place. But we loved this one more. It's a great place and super easy to access. The Internet is a bit too far away to get any work done. But still, we will be back. "

"Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while.
