"Overall an acceptable hotel but some of the decoration is tired, could do with deep cleaniing. Daily cleaning was good by the staff. The breakfast items were very good, almost 'Full English' as opposed to continental. Could do with a new Toaster, one where the handle to push the bread down doesn't keep falling off!!! If visiting Paris again, I would use this hotel once more. Very close to a Metro Station which is always a bonus!"

"Hotel Marena was very centrally located in the Paris 9th Arrondissement. It was a very safe location. The hotel beds were comfortable. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only had one slight issue and that was when the front desk girl tried to set us up to overpay for a taxi ride...$45 euros for a 6 minute ride to the train station...NOPE I'm not a dumb American. The Uber charged $11 but we could have walked in there in 9 minutes. Other than that we...

"Good location to bus and metro stops. Lots of boulangeries and restaurants nearby. Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms could be a little noisy from other guests until 4 am. Other than that, good stay. "
