This comfortable and modern chalet in a quiet and secure residence (gated with digital code and video surveillance) will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation and leisure thanks to the large indoor and heated swimming pool, the playground for young children, the petanque court, and the proximity to the beach, which is located 2 km away, allowing you to savor sunbathing, water activities (sailing, kite-surfing, surfing), walking or horseback riding.

The living area consists of three distinct spaces: the open kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, an American refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle; then the dining area where you can gather around good meals; and finally the nicely furnished living room, a cozy corner to relax in front of the television.

Once night falls, you can go rest in one of the 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and television, the second with a double bed and the last with a trundle bed. The chalet can thus comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

At your disposal, two bathrooms and two toilets for maximum convenience.
