"When we booked this place we spent months excited about it and talking about how cool it would be. And then we got there and it lived up to all of our hopes and more! "This is the only way Vrbo say I can discuss the holiday with the lady who owns the house and I think Vrbo customer service is shocking. The house was large and the garden was lovely for a family but the cleanliness was shocking. Both bathrooms were filthy and I had to clean them immediately. The downstairs shower had a Pooh wrapped in the shower curtain when we arrived and we believe the upstairs toilet must have a small leak as it stank of urine and once I cleaned it, it improved but came back...
