Everything in the gite function correctly.The place was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect, Quiet in the French country side in amongst orchards and vineyards. "We had a two week stay that we enjoyed immensely. We were seventeen in all, ten adults and children aged 7 years to three months. The hosts, Tot and Bruce were charming. The house is a large building next to a working farm, with a good-sized garden with swings and a swimming pool area. The children adored the garden. It is a quiet and peaceful setting. The nearest towns, Corbarieu and Reynies are both about a 30-minute walk away. Corbarieu had a large sports area and Reynies had a tennis court...

"Nous étions 2 familles avec 3 enfants entre 7 et 9 ans et tout le monde a adoré la Villa : nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons pu profiter de tous les avantages de la maison. Le flipper, le baby-foot, la table de ping-pong, la piscine, la belle terrasse pour les repas, sans oublier le calme et l’ombre de la forêt adjacente (très appréciables par fortes chaleurs). Les chambres sont spacieuses et la maison très agréable / bien entretenue. On recommande ! :)"

"We arrived with friends in one of the hottest heatwaves the region has experienced, thankfully to a wonderfully decorated and presented house with a refreshing swimming pool. We had a wonderful stay in Toulouse, had a minor issue with shutters but managed to resolve it with Yves and Roxanne remotely, they were very responsive. The area is perfect, short walk to the village for the bakers and the butcher's and the pizza shop was also very good. Will stay here again if we return to Tolouse"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bruniquel, la maison est très fonctionnelle, de grand volume d'espace de vie, de grandes chambres (literie top), les salles d'eaux parfaites et une belle terrasse.....tout cela dans un état parfait et très propre. Les propriétaires qui habitent à côté sont charmants et discrets. Le seul bémol est l'agence Belvilla by Oyo, qui sert d'intermédiaire, nous avons su la contourner.
