Great Place, Great Owner, Great View
Everything about this rental was superb!!!! Everyone in our party commented that they could live in that apartment forever. I messed up the “dropped pin” for the location. After several attempts, Tully came and met me about two minutes down the road and helped us get there. It was a terrific experience. Will always stay there on trips back to Lake Garda.

Great
Super clean,the apartment has everything you need.Owner,really,really friendly, beautiful garden,pets are welcomed. Supermarket right downstairs,parking near, restaurants 200 m away.A but lout during the working hours,become of Traffic,but not overly so. Brezone ist small,but really nice located between all the other sightseeing places and you don't have the big tourist groups there.It was a really nice stay. We will probably return.Thanks again.

Schöner Urlaub
Sehr nette Vermieter. Die nähe zum See und zur Gastro war super.Das einzige Manko war, da es keine Klimaanlage gab haben wir mit offenen Fenster geschlafen, was dann in den Morgenstunde sehr laut durch Anlieferungen in dem Derspar gewesen ist. Aber wie uns die Vermieterin Tulu sagte, will sie für nächstes Jahr eine einbauen.

Ferienwohnung Brenzone
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen, sauberen Ferienwohnung (3 separate Zimmer, Küche, Bad) mit tollem Seeblick! Garagenstellplatz, auch für die Fahrräder war toll! Nur die Müllentsorgung gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, gerade für Restmüll. Insgesamt hatten wir einen prima Aufenthalt!

Schöne Aussicht gute Lage
Die Kommunikation vor Urlaubsantritt und am Anreisetag war sehr gut, auch die Hilfestellungen von Tulan zu unseren Fragen waren toll. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Ein Spiegel und Garderobe wäre toll. Es gibt leider nur den Spiegel im Bad. Außerdem könnte der Bestand an Kaffeetassen (6) und Weingläsern (2) erhöht werden.

Very nice place, grate view, grate location. Private parking. Only difficulty was the host didn't answer on vrbo, the phone number also wasn't the right one . But in the end we could communicate with the host.

Appartement conforme à la description et propre. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Seul point négatif le bruit. L'appartement est situé au bord de la route principale du lac et le flot de voiture est incessant ce qui est très dérangeant pour rester sur la terrasse qui pourtant a une vue magnifique. Nous y avons séjourné sur la semaine du 15/08 ce qui peut expliquer peut être le nombre de voitures.

Gute Lage mit geringen Einschränkungen
Das Objekt liegt in Brenzone, für uns perfekt als Start für alle Unternehmungen, und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die direkte Umgebung bietet alles, was für die Selbstversorgung erforderlich ist (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer, Apotheke, Restaurants,….). Auch der Weg zum Wasser ist perfekt. Man muss jedoch mit dem Straßenlärm zurechtkommen. Das betrifft jedoch fast alle Wohnungen in dieser Lage und es gibt durchaus Möglichkeiten damit klar zu kommen. Klimaanlage gibt es keine (für uns auch nicht notwendig), aber in allen Schlafräumen Ventilatoren. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und zielführend.

Eine tolle Fewo mit kleinen Abstrich
Wir durften hier einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt genießen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und hübsch eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut, die Küche gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschine und toller Gasherd. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, wir konnten beim Essen immer den tollen See bewundern. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat alles gut erklärt. Der kleine Garten hinter dem Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, was top ist. Einziges Manko, aber das wussten wir, ist die Lautstärke. Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, hört man leider auch nachts die Autos. Aber wenn man sich darauf einstellt, sollte das passen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im kleinen Örtchen Brenzone. Einkaufsladen, Apotheke, Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Garage ist bei den Parkpreisen Gold wert. Doch am besten: dieser Ausblick! Das Frühstück/ Abendessen bei dieser Kulisse werden wir vermissen.

Panoramablick und tolle Lage
Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich zwar direkt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße, dafür aber auch nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt. Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass wir das Auto nur für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gebraucht haben und alles andere (schöne Badestellen am See, Restaurants, Bar, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und Eisdiele) zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Direkt hinter dem Haus befinden sich sehr schöne gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege und die Promenade am See ist eine wundervolle Joggingstrecke. Das Highlight ist der einzigartige Blick auf den See von dem großen Balkon aus. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten hinter dem Haus laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt und können es weiterempfehlen.

Pro: - Direkte Lage am See (schöne Aussicht) - sauber - gutes, schnelles, stabiles WLAN - eigener Parkplatz (man muss überall am See sonst zahlen !) - Supermarkt direkt am Haus - Restaurants direkt vor Ort Contra: - Sehr laut durch Hauptstraße (dank Corona Nachts weniger) - durchgelegene Matratze (bei dem Preis kann man doch verlangen, dass diese alle 6 Monate ausgetauscht wird) - spärliche Geschirrausstattung, keine Weingläser, keine Cocktailgläser, wenig Trinkgläser, wenig Teller. - Baustelle direkt vor Ort während unseres Aufenhalts. - Wohnzimmer etwas karg eingerichtet. Zu 4. auf ner 3er Couch. - nur nationale TV-Sender

Tolle Lage
Die Wohnung ist tip-top sauber, alles da was man braucht und alles fußläufig zu erreichen: See mit vielen Bademöglichkeiten, Bar, Restaurants und Supermarkt direkt am Haus. Was will man mehr? Wir wussten dass die Straße an der Loggia vorbei führt, das ist laut aber ok, die Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten raus. Die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Garda, Torre del Benaco, Torbole, Malcesine ist um die Ecke...

Sehr schöne Reise mit kleinen Abzügen
Es gab nur wenig an dem Objekt auszusetzen. Ein Problem ergab sich schon bei der Anfahrt. Hier wurde die Adresse von Google Maps falsch angezeigt und wir suchten das Haus etwa einen Kilometer entfernt von der richtigen Adresse. Dies sollte bei der Anfahrt bedacht werden, um nicht schon zu Beginn in Stress zu geraten. Als wir das Objekt gefunden haben, wurden wir sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt. Sie zeigte uns das Objekt, zu dem auch eine Garage gehört - die Garage ist sehr praktisch in dieser Region, da es ansonsten größtenteils nur stark kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt. Das Apartment selbst entspricht größtenteils der Anzeige im Internet. Es ist sehr sauber und geräumig, der Balkon ist wirklich groß. Störend ist hier zwar der Straßenlärm, jedoch verläuft die Hauptstraße einmal um den See, sodass man den Lärm vermutlich immer hat, wenn man in Seenähe möchte. Das Badezimmer ist für den Urlaub ausreichend ausgestattet. Hier sollte beachtet werden, dass die Dusche etwa 5 Minuten warmlaufzeit benötigt - auch danach kann es vorkommen, dass einem wieder kaltes Wasser entgegenkommt, obwohl man die Dusche auf "warm" gestellt hat. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt genügend Stauraum. Die Betten sind okay, jedoch sind diese, wie in südlichen Ländern üblich, nur mit einem einfachen Laken als Decke ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Deckenventilator, welcher zwar wirklich gut kühlt, aber dabei sehr laut knarzt. In der Küche gibt es größtenteils alle Geräte die man braucht. Jedoch gibt es nur ein Messer mit dem geschnitten werden kann, alle anderen sind zu stumpf und schneiden nicht. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine sowie Espressokannen sind vorhanden. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Spülmaschine, so hat man auch im Urlaub nicht viel Arbeit mit dreckigem Geschirr. Lappen und Spülmittel sind nicht vorhanden, diese sollten mitgebracht werden. Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr gut. Vom Balkon hat man einenwunderbaren Ausnlick auf den Gardasee. Direkt am Objekt ist ein Supermarkt, eine Bank und eine Apotheke. Zum See benötigt man etwa 2 Minuten und zum Strand etwa 10 Minuten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit bei Problemen oder Fragen erreichbar und hilft, wo sie kann. Das Objekt kann man insgesamt nur weiterempfehlen. Bis auf ein paar kleine Mängel gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Super Lage mit guter Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Meter vom See entfernt und dazu über einem Sparmarkt. Beim Frühstück hatten wir somit frische Brötchen und eine tolle Aussicht. Die gute Lage an der Straße bringt allerdings auch den Straßenlärn mit. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal Gast bei Fausto und Tulum, und wir wissen auch warum. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie ist die Wohnung perfekt. Großzügiges Schlaf-und Kinderzimmer mit Deckenventilator, Wohnzimmer mit Bettsofa, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, jetzt sogar mit Spülmaschine und Balkon mit unglaublichem Blick auf den See. Der Supermarkt direkt unterhalb der Wohnung ist gut sortiert und am kleinen Hafen finden sich mehrere gute Restaurants. Unsere Lieblingsbadestelle war 300 m entfernt. Dass das Haus an der Hauptstraße liegt wussten wir vorher und uns hat es nicht gestört. Unsere Gastgeber sind sehr nett, beheben kleine Probleme sofort und unkompliziert und sind schnell zu erreichen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für den tollen Urlaub.

moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Gardasee
Die moderne Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichteten. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Supermarkt und an der Hauptstraße. Das ist tatsächlich laut, da den ganzen Tag Straßenverkehr ist. Allerdings wird man ja am Gardasee kaum den ganzen Tag in der Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen auf der abgewandten Seite. Dort ist es ruhiger. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Elektrogrill, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt einen Fernseher allerdings nur italienische Sender. Parkplatz wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. In Summe waren wir sehr zufrieden.
